Clinician360 started after watching a friend run her therapy practice across a paper appointment book, a spreadsheet of clients, and a reminder app that didn't talk to either. We thought a practice that careful deserved software just as careful.
Built around the session, not the sale
Most practice software starts from a sales pipeline and bends it into a calendar. We started from the 50-minute block and built outward.
Client data is treated like it matters
Session notes and client files carry real weight. Encryption and access controls aren't a feature we bolted on — they're the foundation.
