Clinician360 handles some of the most sensitive information a business ever touches — a therapist's calendar, a client's contact details, a practice's billing history. Client confidentiality comes first
The data running through this software isn't generic business data — it's clinical, and it carries real weight. Every design and engineering decision starts from clinical confidentiality norms, not the lighter standard most business software gets built to.
Honest, limited AI
The AI Assistant can see scheduling and billing data already in your account — who's on today's calendar, what's outstanding — so it can answer practical questions. It cannot read session notes, cannot see clinical content, and it never makes a clinical judgment or recommendation. What it can access is exactly what's visible in your own dashboard, nothing more.
Your data is yours
We don't sell client or clinician data, and we don't use it to train models outside your own account. You can export everything at any time, and if you close your account, we delete your data on request rather than quietly retaining it.
Equitable by design
Pricing and features are built so a solo practitioner isn't priced out of the tools a group practice gets. We design for keyboard and screen-reader use as a baseline, not an afterthought — this software serves clinicians who serve everyone.
Security is a baseline, not a feature
Encryption, least-privilege access, and scoped permissions per clinician aren't things we highlight on a pricing page — they're the floor everything else is built on.
No dark patterns
Transparent pricing, cancel in a click, no manufactured urgency, no burying the option you're looking for. If we wouldn't want it done to us, we don't do it to you.
Accountable, and revisited
