This page explains what information Clinician360 collects from clinicians and the clients they serve, and how we handle it. This is placeholder policy text for demonstration — replace with counsel-reviewed language before launch.
What we collect
Account information for clinicians and staff (name, email, practice details), and the client data you enter to run your practice — contact details, appointment history, and session notes you choose to record.
How we use it
Solely to operate the scheduling and CRM features you use: displaying your calendar, sending appointment reminders, and keeping client files organized. We do not sell client or clinician data.
How it's protected
Client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is scoped per clinician to their own caseload, with practice owners controlling who can see what.
Data retention
Your data stays available for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can export your records first; we permanently delete data on request.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete the data associated with your account at any time from your settings, or by contacting us directly.
