Using Clinician360
Your practice may access and use Clinician360 to manage scheduling and client records, subject to the plan you've subscribed to and these terms.
Accounts and access
Practice owners control which clinicians and staff have access, and at what level. You're responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
Client data ownership
Your practice owns the client data you enter. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually per clinician seat. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
Acceptable use
Clinician360 is intended for legitimate practice management. Attempting to disrupt the service or access data outside your authorization is not permitted.
